In early July our association will have the opportunity for a one to one with the European Commission. The topics of discussion will be:
- IBAN discrimination
- VIBANS and reporting obligations (KYC information e.g. the German BAFIN 24 C)
- The disproportion between the scope of CESOP and its reporting obligations
- The anti-fraud objectives of PSD3 in coherence with other existing reporting obligations
